BEGINNER PROJECTS.
As a non-profit organization, we promote diversity and empowerment for people of international origin to create an inclusive and just society. Our mission is to provide everyone with equal opportunities to kick-start their careers and develop their skills and talents. Explore our projects here and support us in shaping a better future.
EMPOWERMENT.
Since the summer of 2022, we have been collaborating with the non-profit coding institution, ReDI School of Digital Integration, to assist technology enthusiasts who lack access to digital education. Together, our aim is to foster an inclusive professional landscape. We regularly host career workshops for participants. In these sessions, we impart knowledge about the educational system, career opportunities, and encourage attendees to recognize their strengths and achievements. We are excited, to be part of this important work and to show new ways to support people in Germany.
EDUCATION.
As part of a four-week innovation workshop at the Chair of Marketing at TU Berlin, BeginnerLuft received support from 12 dedicated students from various disciplines. The students contributed their creativity and broad knowledge to develop various concepts and make our coaching offer even more accessible to financially disadvantaged individuals. In this context, we also explored the role companies can play in addressing the skilled labor shortage.
DIVERSITY.
In the summer of 2020 we had the opportunity to realize a project for young people together with the journalist Khaldon Almezel. Thanks to the support of the TBB - Turkish Federation in Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. - and the Berlin Senate, we were able to develop a concept and teach the young people the basics of journalism over a period of eight weeks. We were very impressed by the commitment of the young people and we experienced a great summer full of interesting discussions and zest for action.
SUCCESS STORIES
Behind every biography there is a story. For us it is a matter of the heart to support these new ways of life in Germany. With the financial support of the Berliner Sparkassen Foundation, we coached a total of 18 project participants in 2022 and supported them in their professional development.
