Our individual coaching is free for you if you are registered as job-seeking with the Employment Agency or the Jobcenter. You can participate in our coaching by redeeming an activation and placement voucher (AVGS). We are happy to assist you with questions about applying for the voucher. At BeginnerLuft, our mission is to extend support not only to those who don't receive coaching funded by the Jobcenter but also to those who can't afford coaching. We wholeheartedly welcome them into our program, championing talents from all backgrounds, genders, and ages. We endeavor to finance their coaching through foundation grants. Our community is the cornerstone of our efforts, and it's through our united endeavors that we can effect meaningful change.
